- Rates are per room per night basis & valid until 31 March 2013.
- Check in time at 1.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period : 1 July - 31 August 2012 / 23 December 2012 - 3 January 2013.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival during low season or 21 (twenty one) days during high season.
- No show, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra bed surcharge US$ 22 /bed /night.
- Maximum 1 child (0 - 11 years old) is allowed share room in the same bed with parents, breakfast will be charged US$ 4 /child.
- Airport transfer is available with additional charge Rp 400,000 /car /way during office hour (9.00 AM - 16.00 PM); before and after office hour, airport transfer charge is Rp 480,000 /car /way.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
