- Rates are per room per night basis & valid until 31 March 2012.
- Check in time at 1.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period : 1 July - 30 September 2011.
- Peak season period : 20 December 2011 - 5 January 2012.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season or 30 (thirty) days at peak season.
- No show, cancellation noticed less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival during low season, 14 (fourteen) days during high season or 21 (twenty one) days during peak season, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of the total reservation value.
- Extra bed surcharge US$ 52 /room /night.
- No additional charge for maximum 1 child (0 - 11 years old) sharing with the parents room without extra bed, breakfast will be charged US$ 10 /child.
- Airport transfer services available at additional charge Rp. 85,000 /way /car.
- Compulsory New Year's Eve (31 December 2011) Gala dinner US$ 143 /person, children gets 50% discount from adult charge.
