The resort extends over a surface area of approximately 35,000 m² and consists of a central body, where the front office services, restaurants and offices are located. Accomodation at Hotel Gili Air consists of 30 typical chalets, which are mostly positioned along the seafront, to give beautiful views over the incredible colours of unique dawns and dusks.

- Rates are per room per night basis & valid until 31 March 2012.
- Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period : 1 July - 10 September 2010 / 16 December 2010 - 10 January 2011.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival during low season or 21 (twenty one) days during high season.
- No show, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra bed surcharge US$ 12 /bed /night during low season or US$ 17 /bed /night during high season.
- Children (2 - 12 years old) without extra bed will be charged US$ 5/child.
- Transfer service (before 6 PM; more than 6 PM will charged US$ 20 extra) from :
- Lombok Airport is available with additional US$ 60 /way (for maximum 3 person).
- Nare / Kode Bay is available with additional US$ 40 /way (for maximum 3 person).
- Gili Trawangan is available with additional US$ 35 /way (for maximum 3 person). - Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
- Payment by Online Secure Page or bank transfer.
