Based on the principals of Balinese village the compound was designed following the principals of Bali's mystic religion, and the roles of Balinese home. Countless trips into villages, homes and temples helped us to incorporate the many aspects of our daily life, into a harmonizing surrounding. Gardens are not just gardens but reflections of the many colors and shapes found in the Balinese landscape.
20 spacious Deluxe Balinese Style Bungalows with thatched roof, spacious private balcony elegantly appointed with Balinese decor. Each room is 50 m² with Tropical Garden and Ocean View, all rooms include a secluded outdoor balcony. Well equipped bathroom with hot and cold shower, indoor and outdoor seating area, Air Conditioning, Television, Telephone and Mini Bar.
No efforts has been spared in creating a place of harmony, comfort, relaxation and discovery. It is our aim not only to offer you the best of Balinese hospitality, but to let you in to the many secrets of true Balinese home.

- Rates are per room per night basis & valid until 31 March 2012.
- Check in at 02.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period : 1 July - 31 August 2011.
- Eid Mubarak period (28 August - 2 September 2011) surcharge Rp 170,000 /room /night (for Domestic guests).
- Peak season period : 24 December 2011 - 5 January 2012.
- Chinese New Year period (21 - 25 January 2012) surcharge Rp 170,000 /room /night (for Domestic guests).
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival during low season or 21 (twenty one) days during high season and peak season.
- No show, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra bed surcharge US$ 27 /bed /night.
- Airport transfer service is availabe at additional charge Rp 150,000 /way /car.
- Compulsory Christmas Eve (24 December 2011) dinner surcharge US$ 45 /person.
- Compulsory New Year's Eve (31 December 2011) dinner surcharge US$ 60 /person.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
