- Rates are per room per night basis.
- Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- 1 (one) night deposit should be transfered within 45 (forty five) days prior to arrival.
- Full balance payment should be transfered at least 7 (seven) days prior to arrival. In case if booking made less than that, full payment is due immediately.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season and 30 (thirty) days during peak season.
- Minimum 3 (three) nights stay is required during peak season period.
- No show, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra person is not applicable in Hotel Room.
- Additional surcharge US$ 41 nett /night for maximum 1 (one) extra person more than 2 years old in Suite & Penthouse.
- Airport transfer service available with additional charge Rp 75.000 nett /way /car.
- Payment by Online Secure Page or bank transfer.
