- Rates are per room per night basis & valid until 31 March 2011.
- Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 1.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period : 1 July - 15 September 2010.
- Peak season period : 24 December 2010 - 5 January 2011.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season or 21 (twenty one) days at high season and peak season.
- No show will be charged 1 night of booking fee.
- Early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra bed surcharge US$ 30 nett /room /night.
- Maximum 1 child (0 - 11 years old) is allowed sharing bed in the same room with parents, without extra bed.
- Airport transfer is available at Rp. 85,000 nett /way.
- Compulsory New Year's Eve (31 December 2010) Dinner US$ 85 nett /person, discount 50% for children.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
- Payment by Online Secure Page or bank transfer.
