- Rates are per room per night basis and valid until 31 March 2012.
- Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.

- High season period : 16 July - 15 September 2011.
- Peak season period : 24 December 2011 - 5 January 2012, minimum stay 3 nights is required during this period and no check out is allowed on 31 December.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 7 (seven) days prior to arrival during low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season or 45 (forty five) days during peak season.
- Any cancellation noticed less than 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival during peak season, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra bed surcharge US$ 37 /bed /night.
- Maximum 1 children (0 - 2 years old) is allowed share with parents room, without extra bed.
- Extra bed surcharge will be applied for children more than 3 years old stay in the same room with parents.
- Should second room is required for children (3 - 12 years old), entitled to get 50% discount of normal rate. Connecting room is not guaranteed.
- Compulsory New Year's Eve (31 December 2011) Dinner US$ 120 /person, children (3 - 12 years old) gets 50% discount from adult's charge.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
