- Rates are per room per night basis & valid until 31 March 2012.
- Check in time 2.00 PM & Check out time 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period : 15 July - 31 August 2011.
- Peak season period : 20 December 2011 - 5 January 2012.
- 50% from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival at low season or 35 (thirty five) days at high season & peak season (20 December 2011 - 5 January 2012).
- No show, any cancellation noticed less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of the total reservation value.
- Third person or extra bed required at US$ 37 /bed /night inclusive breakfast.
- Children from 6 - 11 yo gets 50% discount from adult's meal charge, normal extra bed charge applies.
- Children from 0 - 5 yo gets complimentary breakfast and extra bed set-up.
- Baby sitting service is available on request at US$ 10 /hour, advance reservation required.
- Airport transfer service available at Rp 250,000 /car /way.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
