Phil's Place is a brand-new 5-bedroom home providing boutique accommodation exclusively for gay men. The large 2-level house is open and airy in modern Balinese style, with a central pool. Each bedroom has air con, or open your doors wide to let the Bali breezes blow through from the pool or the garden.
Phil's place offers first class service, with relaxing Asian style. From the time we pick you up from the airport and help you settle in your room, our friendly houseboys will help you with anything and everything you need. - Bali Pride rates are per room per night for minimum stay 2 nights basis and valid until 31 March 2013.
- Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Late check out until 6 PM will be charged 25%; after 6 PM and before 10 PM will be charged 50% of room rate (subject to room availability).
- High season period : 1 July - 1 September 2012 / 8 - 12 February 2013 / 28 March - 1 April 2013.
- Peak season period : 21 December 2012 - 5 January 2013.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge for cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season or 30 (thirty) days during peak season.
- No show, early check out or any reduction in period of stay will be charged 100% of the total reservation value.
- Extra bed is not available, maximum occupancy per room is 2 person.
- Airport transfer is available with additional charge Rp 100,000 /car /way during office hour (9.00 AM - 16.00 PM); before and after office hour, airport transfer charge is Rp 120,000 /car /way.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
- Payment by Online Secure Page or bank transfer.
