- High season period : 15 June - 31 August 2010 / 6 - 16 September 2010 (Eid Mubarak) / 20 December 2010 - 5 January 2011.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season and 45 (forty five) days during peak season.
- No show will be charged 1 night cancellation fee.
- Early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- 1 x Compulsory Eid Mubarak Period set menu dinner: US$ 35 /person.
- 2 x Compulsory Christmas (24 and 25 December 2010) buffet dinner: US$ 35 /person.
- Compulsory New Year's Eve (31 December 2010) buffet dinner: US$ 60 /person.
- 1 Compulsory Chinese New Year's buffet dinner: US$ 35 /person.
- Children from 4 - 11 years old gets 50% discount of adult meal rate.
- Extra bed US$ 27 nett /night.
- Maximum 2 children under 12 yo are allowed in the same room with parents, without extra bed & without breakfast.
- Airport transfer service available at Rp. 75,000 nett /car /way.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
