- Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period: 1 July - 31 August 2010
- Eid Mubarak period (8 - 13 September 2010) surcharge Rp. 175,000 nett /room /night.
- Peak season period: 23 December 2010 - 5 January 2011.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 7 (seven) days before arrival at low season, within 14 (fourteen) days during high season or 21 (twenty one) during peak season.
- Early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra bed surcharge US$ 17 /room /night.
- Airport transfer services available at additional charge Rp. 75,000 nett /way /car.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
