- Rates are per room per night basis & valid until 31 March 2011.
- Check in time at 02.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period : 1 July - 30 September 2010.
- Peak season period : 23 December 2010 - 3 January 2011.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season or within 30 (thirty) days during peak season.
- No show, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra bed surcharge US$ 27 nett /room /night.
- Maximum 1 child (1 - 11 years old) is allowed in the same room with parents without extra bed (breakfast is not included).
- Airport transfer is available at Rp 75,000 /way /car.
- Compulsory New Year's Eve (31 December 2010) dinner surcharge US$ 60 /person.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
- Payment by Online Secure Page or bank transfer.
