- Rates are per room per night basis & valid until 31 March 2011.
- High season period: 1 - 31 August 2010 / 6 - 13 September 2010.
- Peak season period: 20 December 2010 - 5 January 2011.
- Check in time at 1.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season or within 45 (forty five) days during peak season.
- 50% of total reservation value will be charged for any cancellation noticed less than 35 (thirty five) days during peak season.
- No show, early check out or any cancellation notice less than 15 (fifteen) days prior to arrival during high season, or 21 (twenty one) days during peak season will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value.
- Extra bed US$ 20 nett / room /night.
- No charge for maximum 2 children under 12 years old sharing bed in the same room with parents.
- Airport transfer service available at Rp 150,000 nett /way /car.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
- Payment by Online Secure Page or bank transfer.
