- Rates are per room per night basis & valid until 31 March 2011.
- Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period : 1 - 31 August 2010.
- Peak season period : 20 December 2010 - 5 January 2011.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival at low season, or 55 (fifty five) days during high season & peak season.
- No show, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Antique Villa does not provide extra bed & baby cot.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
- Payment by Online Secure Page or bank transfer.
