- Rates are per room per night basis.
- Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period : 25 December 2011 - 5 January 2012.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 45 (forty five) days prior to arrival during low season or 55 (fifty five) days during high season.
- 50% of the total room blocking will be charged if cancellation noticed less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival at low season or 21 (twenty one) days during high & peak season.
- Full charge applied if cancellation noticed less than 21 (seven) days prior to arrival at low season or 14 (fourteen) days during high season.
- No show, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra bed surcharge US$ 37 /bed /night.
- Maximum 1 child (0 - 11 years old) is allowed share room in the same bed with parents, breakfast will be charged US$ 5 /child.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
- Payment by Online Secure Page or bank transfer.
