- Rates are per room per night basis & valid until 31 March 2011.
- Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period : 15 July - 15 September 2010.
- Peak season period : 20 December 2010 - 5 January 2011.
- 2 (two) nights from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 45 (forty five) days prior to arrival.
- No show, cancellation noticed less than 21 (twenty one) days prior to arrival, early check out or any deduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra bed is not available.
- No additional charge for maximum 1 children (0 - 11 years old) sharing with the parents room, breakfast is not included.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
