- Rates are per room per night basis & valid until 31 March 2012.
- Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period : 16 July - 15 September 2011.
- Peak season period : 26 December 2011 - 5 January 2012.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days during low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season and 30 (thirty) days during peak season.
- No show, cancellation noticed less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra bed surcharge US$ 27 /room /night.
- No charge for maximum 1 children under 12 yo sharing bed in the same room with parents.
- Airport transfers available at additional charge Rp. 85,000 /car /way.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
