The one and two-bedroom suites each come with a private balcony and are set upon 5000 square metres of tranquil land. They are designed in a modern tropical style with delightful Balinese backdrop of rice fields and coconut trees, as if stepping back in time and relaxing with the most up-to-date facilities. The 33 spacious suites consist of 21 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom suites. Each suite has a living room, kitchen, bathroom(s) and private balcony. All of this within walking distance from the best restaurants, shops and nightspots Bali has to offer. - Rates are per room per night basis & valid until 31 March 2012.
- Check in at 02.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period :
a. 1 July - 31 August 2011.
b. 26 August - 4 September 2011 (Eid Mubarak Period).
c. 21 December 2011 - 10 January 2012.
d. 23 -26 January 2012 (Chinese New Year).
e. 4 - 6 March 2012 (Balinese Seclusion Day 2012). - Minimum stay 3 (three) consecutive nights is required during period 26 August - 4 September 2011 and 21 December 2011 - 10 January 2012.
- Any bookings with check-out date on December 31st & January 1st will not be confirmed.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days during high season, or full charge will be applied if the cancellation noticed less than 14 (fourteen) days during high season.
- No show, cancellation noticed less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra bed surcharge US$ 32 /night.
- Compulsory New Year's Eve (31 December 2011) surcharge US$ 60 ++ / person, children from 4 - 11 years old gets 50% discount of adult charge.
- Airport transfer service available at additional charge Rp 85,000 /way /car.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
