- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period : 15 July - 15 October 2010 / 20 December 2010 - 5 January 2011.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season or 21 (twenty one) days during high season.
- No show, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra bed surcharge Rp. 125,000 nett /bed /night.
- Airport transfer is available with additional Rp. 85,000 nett /car /way.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
