- Peak season period : 25 December 2011 - 5 January 2012.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 7 (seven) days before arrival at low season, 14 (fourteen) days during peak season.
- Compulsory New Year's Eve (31 December 2011) dinner surcharge Rp 300,000 /person.
- Extra bed surcharge US$ 14 /bed /night.
- Airport transfer services available at additional charge Rp 85,000 /way /car.
