Taman Toya Villas
A brand new concept with a taste of tradition. Designed and built by the original founder of the renowned Umah Watu Villas, Taman Toya is now part of the Umah Watu group of villas and accommodation. The Villas were designed using Malay and Indonesian style (stable door effect), incorporating Georgian symmetrical design, along with a touch of Colonial/French Provincial (seen in the balustrading and furniture).
The Villas offer the guest a truly authentic style of accommodation, with all the modern conveniences of everyday living. The use of a wide range of local materials (i.e. stones and timbers) highlight the overall exterior and interior presentation of these magnificently presented Villas. A great choice for anyone who is looking for quality Balinese Style accommodation.
Taman Toya Guesthouse is a tastefully appointed upstairs deluxe one bedroom suite with magnificent views of the rice paddies. It is separate to the owner's main residence. For your entire stay you will have use of the private "infinity" swimming pool, garden and the downstairs living area and kitchen of the charming main villa residence.
The Guesthouse is fully air conditioned. The bedroom sleeps 2 persons with a king size bed, kalumbu (mosquito net). The separate dressing room adjoins a stunning terrazzo "outdoor" en-suite bathroom. Colourful Balinese style furnishings and art work combined with comfortable sitting/reading chairs, blend the decor. The room is equipped with mini bar, water jug, cable television, DVD, Wifi and safety deposit box. You will also have the use of a maid / butler to look after you for your entire stay.
Taman Toya Villa is a private two storey villa. The large cathedral ceiling timbered bedrooms are fully air conditioned (sleeps two persons/room), with king size beds, and kalumbus (mosquito net). Extra folding beds are available on request. The stunning terrazzo "outdoor" en-suite bathrooms adjoin separate dressing rooms. All bedrooms are equipped with mini bar, water jugs and safety deposit boxes.
The ground floor consists of a magnificently presented "open plan" sitting room area opening on to a private infinity pool and lush tropical garden. There is a separate fully equipped, Euro style kitchen. The living area also has a separate guest shower and toilet. Free WiFi, cable TV, DVD, and sound system are also provided.
Colourful Balinese style furnishings with comfortable sitting/reading sofas and chairs, dining table, and fine art, blend the cozy and relaxing decor. You will also have our warm and friendly, well trained staff to look after you for your entire stay.

- Rates are per room per night basis & valid until 30 April 2010.
- Check in time at 02.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- Minimum stay 2 (two) nights is required for Taman Toya Guesthouse booking.
- Minimum stay 3 (three) nights is required for Taman Toya One Bedroom Villa, Two Bedroom Villa and Three Bedroom Villa booking.
- Minimum stay 4 (four) nights is required for Corra Two Bedroom Villa booking.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season (15 July - 31 August) or 30 (thirty) days during peak season (23 December - 5 January).
- No show, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Maximum occupancy per room is 2 person, extra person will be charged 1/3 (one third) of the room rate including extra bed (applicable for Guesthouse only).
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
- Payment by Online Secure Page or bank transfer.
