- Rates are per room per night basis & valid until 31 March 2012.
- Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period: 1 July - 31 August 2011
- Peak season period: 25 December 2011 - 5 January 2012.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival during low season or 21 (twenty one) days during high season and peak season.
- No show, cancellation noticed less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival during low season or 14 (fourteen) days during high season and during peak season, early check out or any reduction of stay period will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra bed surcharge US$ 32 /bed /night.
- Airport transfer service is available with additional Rp. 250,000 /car /way.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
- Payment by Online Secure Page or bank transfer.
