Artini Cottage 3 is located in the midst of rice fields and adjacent to artist community in Pengosekan Village, only 20 minutes walk to the Ubud center and just 15 minutes on foot to Monkey Forest sanctuary.

- Rates are per room per night basis & valid until 31 March 2012.
- Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 11.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period : 1 July - 31 August 2011.
- Peak season period : 20 December 2011 - 10 January 2012.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 7 (seven) days before arrival at low season, 14 (fourteen) days during high season and 21 (twenty one) days during peak season.
- Extra bed surcharge US$ 10 /room /night.
- Maximum 2 children (0 - 9 years old) are allowed in the same room with parents without extra bed, breakfast will be charged US$ 2.5 /child.
- Airport transfer service available at Rp. 250,000 /way /car.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
