- Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period: 1 July - 31 August 2010.
- Peak season period: 20 December 2010 - 5 January 2011.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season or 21 (twenty one) days during high season or 30 (thirty) days during peak season.
- Extra bed US$ 15 nett /room /night.
- Airport transfer is available at additional surcharge Rp. 250,000 nett /way /car.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
