- Rates are per room per night basis & valid until 31 March 2013.
- Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period : 1 June - 31 August 2012.
- Peak season period : 23 December 2012 - 3 January 2013.
- Minimum stay 2 (two) nights is required during high season and peak season period.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days at high season.
- Any cancellation during peak season will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- No show, any cancellation noticed less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra bed surcharge US$ 27 /bed /night (valid since 1 April 2012).
- No additional charge for 1 child (0 - 11 years old) sharing existing bed with the parents, breakfast will be charged US$ 5 /child.
- Airport transfer is available with additional charge Rp 250,000 /car /way during office hour (9.00 AM - 16.00 PM); before and after office hour, airport transfer charge is Rp 300,000 /car /way.
- Compulsory New Year's Eve (31 December 2012) dinner surcharge US$ TBA /person.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
- Payment by Online Secure Page or bank transfer.
