- Rates are per room per night basis & valid until 31 March 2010
- High season period: 1 July - 31 August 2009.
- Peak season period: 20 December 2009 - 5 January 2010.
- Check in at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season or within 30 (thirty) days during peak season.
- No show, cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Compulsory New Year's Eve (31 December 2009) dinner: US$ 40 nett /person.
- Extra bed (1 person only) surcharge US$ 58 nett /night.
- Children extra bed surcharge US$ 48 nett /night.
- Airport transfer available at Rp 250,000 /car /way.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
