- Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season period : 1 July - 30 September 2011.
- Peak season period : 21 December 2011 - 5 January 2012.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days at high season or 45 (forty five) days at peak season.
- 3 (three) nights from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 30 (thirty) days before arrival at peak season or fully charged if the cancellation made less than 21 (twenty one) days before arrival.
- Extra bed is not available.
- Airport transfer services available at Rp. 75,000 /way /car.
