- Rates are per room per night basis.
- Check in and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High season (1 July - 31 August 2009) surcharge : US$ 10 nett /room /night for Frangipani / Asoka room, and US$ 15 nett /night for Whole Villa.
- Peak season (20 December 2009 - 5 January 2010) surcharge : US$ 15 nett /room /night for Frangipani / Asoka room and US$ 25 nett /night for Whole Villa.
- Minimum 7 (seven) nights stay is required during peak season period.
- 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season and 30 (thirty) days during peak season.
- No show, cancellation noticed less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrilval, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Free airport pick-up transfer (one way) is available for minimum 3 nights stay.
- Airport transfer services available at additional charge Rp. 85,000 nett /way /car.
- Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
- Payment by Online Secure Page or bank transfer.
